We place great importance on the quality, durability and reliability of our products. For this reason, we provide a 10-year guarantee on the fundamental construction and the materials we use, provided the garage has been used in accordance with the intended conditions of use and installed professionally.
The guarantee applies exclusively to material or manufacturing defects that are demonstrably attributable to production or processing errors. Should such a defect occur within the guarantee period, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to carry out a repair, replace the affected component or perform another appropriate remedy.
Conditions for the Guarantee
The guarantee applies only under the following conditions:
- The garage has been professionally installed and used in accordance with the installation and usage specifications.
- No unauthorised modifications or alterations have been made to the structure.
- The garage has not been used beyond its intended load limit.
- Maintenance and care instructions have been followed.
Exclusions from the Guarantee
The guarantee does not cover damage or defects caused in particular by the following:
- Improper use or misoperation
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations or subsequent interventions to the structure
- Damage due to overloading, for example by exceeding the intended roof load
- Mechanical damage caused by vehicles, machinery or external impact
- Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, natural events or force majeure
- Corrosion or damage resulting from improper cleaning, aggressive chemicals or incorrect maintenance
- Damage caused by inadequate foundations, insufficient substructures or site-specific conditions
Also excluded are visual changes or normal signs of wear that may occur over time through use or weathering.
Making a Guarantee Claim
In the event of a guarantee claim, the customer is obliged to report the defect in writing without delay and to allow us a reasonable period to inspect and remedy the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the damage on-site or to request appropriate evidence.

These guarantee terms apply in addition to the statutory warranty rights and do not restrict them. Our guarantee represents a voluntary additional service and underlines our commitment to high-quality and long-lasting products.
