The garage rooftop terrace extension is available from €2,999 (the final price may vary depending on the desired railing and flooring). This enables us to professionally prepare planning applications, correctly implement technical requirements and efficiently guide the approval process. We take care of the entire approval process: checking the planning law prerequisites, preparing the necessary documents and construction plans, preparing the application documents, coordinating with the relevant building authority, supporting with any queries from the authorities. Costs: for a garage project with a construction value of approximately €10,000, official fees are typically between €200 and €500. Processing time is typically 4 to 8 weeks, provided all documents are submitted completely and correctly. The floor structure consists of an extremely stable steel construction made of 40 × 20 mm galvanised square tubes, ensuring high load capacity and maximum stability. On this structure, a 3 mm thick, slip-resistant checker plate is mounted. The material used is galvanised and rust-free, ensuring very high resistance to moisture, weather and mechanical stress. The floor is designed to sit approximately 2 cm above the substrate, avoiding direct contact with the ground and providing additional protection against moisture. In addition, we supply a matching ramp that enables comfortable entry and exit with the vehicle. The price for this garage floor solution is: €179 per m².
